Only the top 3,000 players with the most points will receive a prize. From the leaderboard Players will earn 1 point per dollar played on Table Games, Live Dealer and Video Poker, 1.5 points on DraftKings Branded Table Games (excluding Live Dealer) and 5 points per dollar played on Slot Games.  Players can check their position in the leaderboard, however, the leaderboard will not be updated in real-time, and your position may change without notice. In the event of a tie, all eligible players that have wagered and received more than 1 point will receive the prize they are tied for. Tied players will displace a place in the leaderboard. For example, if 2 players are tied for first-place, both will receive the first-place prize, but there will be no second-place prize in its place.

10. Restrictions on Withdrawal of Funds/Order of Funds Used for Wagering.

Free Credit: Must be wagered 1x and cannot be withdrawn until played through. There are no turnover requirements or restrictions on Free Credit winnings. Free Credits Expire 6 days after the Eligible Period they are earned in. Free Credits can only be played on the Eligible Game they were earned on. If a user has multiple Free Credits on the same game, the credits that expire first will be used first. If a user does not have enough Free Credits to make a minimum wager on the game, the remaining Free Credits will be converted into DK Dollars and immediately added to the players balance.

DK Dollars: Must be wagered 1x and cannot be withdrawn until played through. There are no turnover requirements or restrictions on DK Dollar winnings.

Free Bets: Stake-removed ‘Free Bet’. Free bet bonus stake is not included in any returns or winnings. For the avoidance of doubt, if the free bet wins, the original free bet stake is not returned to the user; only the profit will be credited.  There are no turnover requirements on Free Bet winnings. Free Bets expire 7 days after they are credited.

11. Rules Regarding Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at sportsbook@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or any applicable play-through requirement. However, any applicable bonus amount in your account shall remain subject to the play-through requirement before it may be withdrawn.
