How do I receive a Bonus Bet?

DraftKings will advertise promotions or offers where Bonus Bets will be rewarded based on a specific activity or behavior that is undertaken. You can find these promotions by visiting the DraftKings Sportsbook promotions page. Upon completing the required activity as set out in the Bonus Bet promotion, the Bonus Bet will appear in your account for use as specified in the promotional offering.

Where can I see my Bonus Bets?

Upon successfully participating in a promotion where Bonus Bets are distributed, you will see your available Bonus Bets by visiting the 'My Rewards' Overview section of your account. Bonus Bets listed here will be shown based on being currently available, pending (ie available, but not yet qualified for), Placed, Used and Expired.

How do I use a received Bonus Bet?

Upon successfully participating in a promotion where Bonus Bets are distributed, you will see your Bonus Bet appear within the Bet Slip once applicable selection(s) have been placed into the Bet Slip. For example, if you've received a $10 Bonus Bet for use on NHL betting, upon choosing a selection from an NHL game or futures market, you will see the Bonus Bet option appear in the Bet Slip. Simply select the check box to use your Bonus Bet.

Bonus Bet Restrictions

When using a Bonus Bet, please be aware of the following:

  • You must enter the amount of the Bonus Bet (or a value higher than the Bonus Bet) into the wager/stake box in order to successfully use the Bonus Bet. Bonus Bets must be used in whole as they cannot be split into multiple wagers.
  • When you win a bet for which you have used a Bonus Bet, only the prize amount of that bet will be returned to your wallet. Any Bonus Bet values used are not included in settlement returns.
  • Only one Bonus Bet may be used on the Bet Slip in any one transaction.
  • Bonus Bets are not eligible to be used on Teasers.

You can find these promotions by visiting the DraftKings Sportsbook promotions page. Upon completing the required activity as set out in the Profit Boost promotion, the Profit Boost token will appear in your account for use as specified in the promotional offering.

How do I use a received Profit Boost Token?

Upon successfully participating in a promotion where Profit Boost tokens are distributed, you will see your Profit Boost token appear within the Bet Slip once applicable selection(s) have been placed into the Bet Slip. For example, if you’ve received a 30% Profit Boost token for use on NFL betting, upon choosing a selection from an NFL game or futures market, you will see the Profit Boost option appear in the Bet Slip. Simply select the checkbox to use your Profit Boost. Upon selecting the checkbox, the Boosted Odds will display in the Bet Slip and upon placement of the wager, the ‘new’ Odds will be visible within your transaction history.

Deposit Bonuses

You make a deposit, we reward you with bonus money.

For example, with a 100% Deposit Bonus, if you deposit $20, we’ll give you $20 bonus money. Your deposit (contributed money) and bonus money will be added together to form your bonus balance.

You'll play through your contributed money before using your bonus money. Meet the wagering requirements to turn your bonus balance into cash. If your Deposit Bonus expires, your contributed money will become cash.

Each Bonus is different, so be sure to check the individual bonus rules on your 'Active Bonuses' page. Generally you’ll have to bet a certain amount of money to complete the bonus and receive the full reward for withdrawal.

Money Back Specials

What is a Money Back Special?

A Money Back Special gives you a chance to win a matched Bonus Bet up to $100 when your bet loses and a specific condition is met. For example, if DraftKings is offering a Money Back Special on the Super Bowl that we'll give money back if the Winning team comes back from a 10 or more point deficit at any point in the game, and the Patriots come back from a 28-3 deficit, then all users betting on the specified odds for the Money Back Special will receive their money back in the form of a Bonus Bet of up to $100 based on their qualifying wager.

How do I qualify for a Money Back Special?

To qualify for a Money Back Special, simply follow the provided instructions for any specified Money Back Special offering. If your behavior matches the qualifying criteria and the specified outcome occurs, your money will be returned in the form of a matched Bonus Bet up to $100 within 24 hours of the qualifying bet settling.

When would I receive my Money Back?

Money Back Specials Bonus Bets are provided to users within 24 hours of market settlement for the qualifying wagers. There is a limit of one Bonus Bet per Money Back Special and it applies only to the first qualifying bet placed.
