About NEW HAMPSHIRE Sports Betting

New Hampshire became the 16th state to legalize sports betting on July 12, 2019 and officially went live on December 30, 2019. Anyone who is at least 18 years of age, has a valid United States Social Security Number and is physically within the state of New Hampshire can bet with DraftKings Sportsbook there. It operates under our partnership with the New Hampshire lottery.

The New Hampshire Lottery Commission oversees sports betting in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire. With that, New Hampshire has regulations that may differ from other states.
