Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The promotional offer is valid between 9/2/2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 9/14/2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA (select parishes), MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, VT, WY or WV (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ if in DC/KY/WY). New customers only. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. Customers who have previously redeemed a pre-launch offer in a new jurisdiction are ineligible for this Promotion.

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) have never had a DraftKings Sportsbook account and sign up for a new Sportsbook account; or have a Sportsbook account but never made a deposit or bet more than $5 in their Sportsbook account and (2) place a first-time bet of $5 or more on any eligible DraftKings Sportsbook market during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Bet”). Qualifying Bets must come from your cash balance.

BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION

Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive $300 in Bonus Bets instantly, or in the event of technical difficulties within 72 business hours. Additionally, once your bet settles you will receive any cash winnings from your Qualifying Bet if it wins. Bonus Bets will be issued as twelve (12) $25 Bonus Bets. Maximum $300 in Bonus Bets awarded.

Customers will also be eligible to receive one (1) promo code to redeem a discounted NFL Sunday Ticket subscription. Promo code will be delivered via the email associated with the customer’s DraftKings account, and via in-app carousel and notification. NFL Sunday Ticket eligibility is determined by Google (YouTube), as outlined below in BONUS REWARDS LIMITATIONS.

BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS

Bonus Bets: Bonus Bets: Bonus Bets are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Bonus Bets are valid for seven (7) days (168 hours) from the time they are credited to customers’ accounts. Customers can choose when to use Bonus Bets and must select the Bonus Bet in their betslip before placing a wager. Failure to use a Bonus Bet before expiration will void the reward. Payouts from Bonus Bet wagers will be transferred to the customer’s cash balance and do not include the Bonus Bet stake. Ex: If a $10 bonus bet is placed at +100 odds and wins, only the profit of $10 will be credited to the customer’s account. Bonus Bets may not be combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or betting markets.

NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription: This Promotion offers a discounted Sunday NFL Ticket subscription for customers who have not already subscribed to NFL Sunday Ticket for the 2025-2026 season. Customers must have a Google account to redeem. Discounted promotional subscription for NFL Sunday Ticket available only to new DraftKings customers who also meet Google’s NFL Sunday Ticket customer eligibility requirements (defined below). Offer not available to current NFL Sunday Ticket subscribers (i.e., those customers who hold an active NFL Sunday Ticket subscription purchased prior to this Promotion) and cannot be combined with other offers. Google reserves the right to make changes to or cancel this offer at any time. By redeeming this offer, customers agree that Google may share information with DraftKings about your NFL Sunday Ticket subscription status.

Discounted price of NFL Sunday ticket is $176. Customers must present a valid form of payment upon redeeming their promotional subscription code and will have the choice to pay in eight (8) monthly installments or one time up front. Maximum one (1) promotional subscription redemption per customer. After promotional subscription ends, NFL Sunday Ticket subscription automatically renews for the 2026-2027 season and each season thereafter at the then-current price (currently $378/year or $31.50/month for returning YouTubeTV customers; or $480/year or $40/month for returning YouTube customers) until cancelled before your renewal date. Eligible customers are customers who complete the minimum Qualifying Bet and are:

(a) New NFL Sunday Ticket subscribers who open a new account with Google; or

(b) Existing Google customers who do not have an active NFL Sunday Ticket subscription; or

(c) Existing Google customers who belong to a required Google loyalty tier as of a certain date, as determined by Google in its sole discretion.

Customers must also be a resident of one of the Eligible Jurisdictions, provide a valid form of payment upon redemption of the promotional subscription, and comply with Google’s applicable Terms of Use.

NFL Sunday Ticket offer must be redeemed by 10/5/2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Blackout restrictions apply. No refunds for partial seasons are available. Customers must redeem their subscription via their Google account. Customers will be prompted to enter their personal information, including payment information, on YouTube’s platform. At checkout, customer must use the promo code provided by DraftKings to receive their discount. Promo code is a unique, single-use and non-transferable code. No cash value. Lost codes will not be replaced. Not available in some U.S. territories and Canada. Commercial use excluded.

Subscription information and a promo code will be sent to customer via email within 72 business hours to redeem promotional subscription. Customers will also receive a link via on-site bell notification within their DraftKings app. Unredeemed code will expire and will not be reissued. Customers will use their link and unique promo code to redeem their subscription, and upon confirming customer details and payment information with YouTube, they will enter their promo code at checkout. Subscription will begin on the later of the time of redemption or 9/7/2025, and will continue through the end of the final NFL game of the NFL regular season, scheduled for 1/4/2026. DraftKings’ sole responsibility is to provide the means of redeeming the promotional subscription.
