FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms,” together with the DraftKings Terms of Use and General Rules, the “Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. If you have any questions regarding the Promotion or the Terms, or wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion, please contact support@draftkings.com for more information.

1. DESCRIPTION
New DraftKings Sportsbook customers, place a first-time bet of $5 or more and get $300 in Bonus Bets if your bet wins!
2. DATE AND TIME OF PROMOTION
The promotional offer is valid between 4/7/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 4/26/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for DraftKings Sportsbook and the Promotion, you must be physically located in AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA (select parishes), MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, VT, WY or WV (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ if in DC/KY/WY). New customers only. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.
4. REQUIRED ACTIONS
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the Terms, to participate in the Promotion, customers must (1) have never had a DraftKings Sportsbook account and sign up for a new Sportsbook account; or have a Sportsbook account but never made a bet more than $5 in their Sportsbook account; (2) sign up for a new Sportsbook account during the Promotional Period to receive a New Customer Token (the “Token”); and (3) use the Token to place a Qualifying Bet of $5 or more (defined below) during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Bet”).
5. BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION AND LIMITATIONS
Qualified customers must place a minimum Qualifying Bet of $5. Qualifying Bets are bets on any available DraftKings Sportsbook market. Upon completion of the promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive $300 in Bonus Bets if their bet wins. Bonus Bets issued as twelve (12) $25 Bonus Bets.
Qualifying Bet Token will be issued instantly upon signing up for a new DraftKings Sportsbook account or opting in. Bonus Bets will be issued immediately after Qualifying Bet, or, in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours.
TOKENS: Tokens are single-use, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Tokens valid only on Qualifying Bets. Bonus Bet reward issued only if Token has been selected BEFORE Qualifying Bet is placed and if the Qualifying Bet wins. Token expires on 5/3/2026 at 11:59 PM ET. If the Token expires and goes unused, you will not be considered a new customer in the future.
BONUS BETS: Bonus Bets are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Bonus Bets are valid for seven (7) days (168 hours) from the time they are credited to customers’ accounts. Customers can choose when to use Bonus Bets and must select the Bonus Bet in their betslip before placing a wager. Failure to use a Bonus Bet before expiration will void the reward. Payouts from Bonus Bet wagers will be transferred to the customer’s cash balance and do not include the Bonus Bet stake. Ex: If a $10 bonus bet is placed at +100 odds and wins, only the profit of $10 will be credited to the customer’s account. Bonus Bets may not be combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or betting markets. Maximum $300 in Bonus Bets.

Qualifying Bets will be settled in accordance with the sporting event’s outcome. When customers successfully enter and complete the Promotion requirements, they will receive notice by app push, in-app bell notification, app pop, or email.

7. LIMITS ON PARTICIPATION
Limit one (1) redemption(s) per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings's sole discretion. See DraftKings Sportsbook Terms of Use for information and limitations on wagering.
8. WAGERING RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
A Qualifying Bet is a customer’s bet of $5 or more on any eligible DraftKings Sportsbook market. The Qualifying Bet must have -500 odds or longer (-500, -400, -300, etc.). Qualifying Bet must be placed using cash from your cash balance or DK Dollars. Qualifying Bets are bets placed on any available DraftKings Sportsbook market.
Customers must select the Token in their betslip BEFORE placing their Qualifying Bet to be eligible for the reward. Qualifying Bets must settle by 5/3/2026 at 11:59 PM ET. If the Qualifying Bet does not settle by 5/3/2026 at 11:59 PM ET, you will not receive any Bonus Rewards from this Promotion and your Qualifying Bet will settle in accordance with its outcome.
All other bet types are excluded from this Promotion. Cashed-out bets and voided bets will void this Promotion. Bets placed with bonus rewards (including but not limited to Bonus Bets, Odds Boosts/Surges, Profit Boosts, etc.) are not valid.
9. ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING
Funds are wagered in the following order: (i) DK Dollars, then (ii) Cash in your cash balance.
10. ELIGIBLE GAMES
Promotion Eligible Games: Token valid for Qualifying Bet on any available DraftKings Sportsbook market.
11. RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS
You may withdraw funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Any wager placed on DraftKings Sportsbook in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. Subject to any play-through restrictions in connection with a promotion, funds earned from winnings may be withdrawn at any time.
12. RULES REGARDING CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at sportsbook@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to the Terms. Any wager placed on DraftKings Sportsbook in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.
13. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

14. OTHER INFORMATION
Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, or violated the Terms, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the Terms. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. DraftKings account holders are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards. DraftKings reserves the right to exclude or remove certain customers from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold bonus rewards if you have violated or attempted to violate the Terms, including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, placing wagers on behalf of other individuals, circumventing DraftKings age and location verification procedures, betting both sides of a game or matchup to complete play-through or promotion requirements, and abusing the DraftKings Platform, the Services, or any bonuses, the refer-a-friend program, or any other offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way.

If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the New York State Gaming Commission.
